This Photoshop beginner course at Glasgow Clyde College will show you how to get the most from Photoshop, allowing you to explore and develop your skills. Amongst other essential skills, you will learn how to scan and enhance images using different Photoshop tools.

What will I learn?

Photoshop has a very wide and varied number of uses and is an extremely beneficial skill to have in the computer, marketing or design business. Everything from editing photography to logo design is possible with the correct Photoshop skills. Created in 1988 by brothers Thomas and John Knoll, Photoshop has become synonymous with image editing and is the most widely used image editing tool, which is why having a basic understanding of how Photoshop works could help if you are interested in learning how to edit images at home or for work.

In order to take part in the Photoshop course you will have to have some form of experience in using computers as it is essential for this class.
