Reiki is the Japanese word for 'spiritual energy'. This Level 1 course provides an introduction to Reiki and is a natural and simple way to achieve healing at all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Reiki is used as a method of relaxation and stress reduction which also promotes healing. A Reiki master will help introduce you to the practice and help you understand the methods used.
