This engaging and informative Building Personal Resilience course aims to equip you with the skills to build your personal resilience not only for the workplace but also in your home life.
What will I learn?
This Building Personal Resilience course will cover:
- The seven elements of personal resilience
- Techniques to gain perspective in the moment
- How to create a powerful personal mission statement that will keep you on track
- A proven technique to help you get back to sleep when you wake in the night and worry about issues at work
- How you can use your body to change your emotions
- Why we need supportive relationships with co-workers
This course will be delivered on Teams in one online session of three hours.

There is no formal entry requirements, however, you will be required to have your camera on and participate in group discussions.
