Building a Wellbeing Culture aims to identify common issues and concerns within organisations. It will examine organisational culture and the collective experience whilst exploring the roles and responsibilities we all have to promote health and wellbeing at work.
What will I learn?
This course will cover:
- Creating a framework for positive health and wellbeing in organisations
- Exploring the expectations or roles and responsibilities of all involved
- Exploring how to develop working action plan and prioritise initial actions
This course will be delivered on Teams in one online session of three hours.
All materials are supplied by the College and will be available online.
Please note: this course can also be delivered on a bespoke basis to groups.

Entry requirements (minimum)
There is no formal entry requirements, however, you will be required to have your camera on and participate in group discussions.
