Effective Digital Marketing course will equip you with the skills to help make your marketing more effective. It will provide a comprehensive overview of elements of Marketing, in relation to digital output, social media and e-commerce.

What will I learn?

This course will cover:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy
    Digital Marketing drives real business results, we will look at how to establish your online presence with customers, creating measurable goals and competitor analysis.
  • Digital Marketing Practice
    Make your website work for you. Learn how to create customer sales funnels and how to use Google Ads effectively to drive online sales or footfall to your store.
  • Consumer Behaviour
    Learn how customer behaviour is changing using theory and model concepts to understand the digital consumer and how to think differently for your digital business.
  • E-Mail Marketing
    Retain your customers and attract repeat sales with an effective email marketing strategy.  This session will look at the strategy behind email marketing, the best platforms and the analytics you should be looking at.
  • Social Media for Business
    Engage with your customers across social media platforms – but what platform should you choose, what is the best strategy for engagement versus online sales and how do you create content that delivers?
  • Ecommerce
    To arm you with the skills and information that will help increase the
    effectiveness of your ecommerce activity. We look at the customer journey, best practices and adaptation for your business.

This is two days course will be delivered on both Saturday 7th and 14th September, 9.30am-4.30pm at Langside Campus.
