Our Microsoft Teams course will cover how to access and use the main features of the Microsoft Teams application. You will learn how to set up and participate in meetings, control audio and visual settings, share documents and use chat functions.

What will I learn?

This course will cover:

  • What is Teams
  • How to access Teams (Desktop and Online/ Mobile versions)
  • How to access meetings as a participant/ attendee
  • How to set up meetings e.g. invite colleagues/ clients to meetings via Outlook and Teams
  • How to insert/ access files in meetings e.g. agendas
  • How to use the camera and audio settings
  • How to apply background effects
  • How to share screens e.g. desktop/ windows/ presentations
  • How to use the Activity/ Notification settings
  • How to use the chat feature
  • How to mention colleagues in a chat
  • How to refer back to previous meetings/ chats

This course is a half-day course and will be delivered online on Teams.
