Our Microsoft 365 (previously known as Office) course is designed to help you access and utilise the applications associated with MS 365 such as OneDrive and SharePoint. These tools allow you to communicate and collaborate more effectively with your colleagues/ clients and complete your day-to-day tasks more efficiently.

What will I learn?

This course will cover:

  • What is MS 365
  • How to Access your account and apps associated with it
  • How to Navigate within the MS 365 environment
  • OneDrive (An Explanation/ Demonstration)
    - What is OneDrive
    - How to access your OneDrive (from various devices)
    - How to upload files and folders to OneDrive
    - How to access your OneDrive (from various devices)
    - How to upload files and folders to OneDrive
    - How to create files (via OneDrive)
    - How to save files to your OneDrive
    - How to access files via your OneDrive
    - How to sync your OneDrive
  • SharePoint (Explanation/ Demonstration)
    - What is SharePoint / SharePoint sites explained
    - How to Upload files and folders to SharePoint sites
    - How to create files via SharePoint
    - How to save files to SharePoint Libraries
    - How to sync Document Libraries
  • How to create various types of documents using some of the apps (via the online and desktop versions)
  • How to Comment/ Communicate on and Share files with colleagues

This course is a half-day course and will be delivered online on Teams.
