Feedback from former students:
'The PDA in Leadership and Management for Care Services is an excellent course. It has allowed me to enhance my skills and knowledge, learn from others working in different health and care sectors and given me more career development opportunities.
The graded unit was my favourite part of the course. I have implemented a successful quality improvement project, which has increased patient care and in doing so increased my team's morale, skills and knowledge, thus providing personal and professional development.
I would highly recommend this course for those working in health and social care, in a management or leadership role. The modules underpin all aspects of your day-to-day work, and the lecturers are all extremely knowledgeable in their field of practice.'
