This advanced Photography course will expand on the photography skills learned in the Level 2 Photography course. The course focuses on photography genres, developing individual styles and building a portfolio of work.
What will I learn?
Course content includes:
- Exploring photographers, inspiring photography and genres
- Fine art photography
- Portfolios, exhibitions and ways to print and display work
- Researching photography projects
- Photography projects
- Post-production and Lightroom tools
You should bring a suitable camera with manual settings. Other equipment that will be discussed in the course is not essential.
All course materials will be provided by the course tutor.
Entry requirements (minimum)
This course is designed to follow on immediately from the Photography Beginners Level 2 | Glasgow Clyde College.
Students need to have a good knowledge of manual camera settings, understand good composition and post-production techniques. A suitable camera is required with manual settings.
Cardonald Campus: An understanding of iMac computers is useful but not necessary to undertake this course
