Our Italian cookery course will give you the skills to prepare, cook and serve mouth-watering Italian dishes.
What will I learn?
You'll learn how to make:
- meatballs and fresh basil sauce
- lasagne
- spicy Italian sausage in tomato sauce
- minestrone soup
- rosemary and sea salt focaccia bread
- creamy mushroom risotto
- chicken cacciatore and sun-dried tomato mash
- marscapone and lime cheesecake
- tiramisu.
Ingredients and materials
You will be required to bring your own apron, ingredients and some equipment to each class - your tutor will advise the week before.
