Introduction to Project Management course is designed to enable participants to understand how to manage projects with a controlled and structured approach. In this course, participants are given the 13 step project planning tool. They will be able to use this as a framework for planning projects, large and small.

- Why do projects go wrong – typical problems?
- What are the elements involved in project management?
- Project workbook
- A 13 step project management toolkit
- Using the toolkit for your projects
- Managing the project
- Participants’ detailed action plans (personal project plans)
This course will be delivered on Teams in one online session of 90 minutes.
All materials are supplied by the College and will be available online.
