Microsoft Excel - Introduction will cover basic Excel skills required to make more effective use of Microsoft Excel. You will develop a range of Excel skills that are required in most office jobs. This course will develop your skills and confidence to make the most of using spreadsheets.
What will I learn?
This course will cover:
- What is an Excel Spreadsheet
- How to create a simple spreadsheet
- Formatting
Insert/ delete column/ row, change font/ size/ bold/ italic/ underline, increase column/ row width, format cells decimal places / percentage/ date/ currency, borders. - Applying Basic Formulas
Add/Subtract/Multiply/Divide, using Autosum, Average, Maximum, Minimum, Count. - Headers/ footers
- Print options
This course is a one-day course and will be delivered at Cardonald Campus.
