This Stress Management course will help you to identify, manage and deal with stress in the workplace and home environment. It will cover techniques to allow you to become more productive in everyday life.

What will I learn?

This Stress Management course will cover: 

  • What is stress?  
  • Identify signs of stress and other mental health issues in individuals 
  • Identify effects of stress and identify how it can impact us 
  • Techniques which will help you to reduce and manage the stress that impacts our daily lives, both at a personal or organisational level. 


This course will be delivered on Teams in one online session of three hours.

All materials are supplied by the College and will be available online.

Entry requirements (minimum)

There is no formal entry requirements, however, you will be required to have your camera on and participate in group discussions.
