Community Learning and Development Team win Public Services Award

CLD Public Service award winners

Glasgow Clyde College Community Learning and Development team has won the Public Service Award at the Evening Times Community Champions South awards.  The awards, which are in their tenth year, recognise the hard work and commitment of individuals and groups across Glasgow, with three heats which cover the north east, north west and south of the city.

The team was awarded the Public Services Award in recognition of their work which has  supported around 1800 adult learners to develop literacy, language and digital skills in the last year alone.

The team will now join winners from the other heats at the overall awards which will be held later on this year.
