Treasure Trove Nursery receives 'excellent' rating

Treasure Trove Nursery, based at our Anniesland Campus, has been awarded a standout ‘excellent’ evaluation from inspectors following an unannounced inspection by the Care Inspectorate.
The findings highlighted the nursery's exceptional performance in various areas, showcasing its commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children.
The inspection report praised the nursery's care, play, and learning environment, awarding it an excellent rating.
The report noted, "Staff had developed an excellent nurturing and inclusive ethos in the service, and this was evidenced through their very warm and caring approach towards children."
The Care Inspectorate added that children were observed to be happy, settled, and confident, experiencing warmth, kindness, and respect from staff.
The nursery's setting received an excellent rating for its high-quality facilities, with playrooms and outdoor areas safe, secure, and stimulating.
The leadership and staff team were rated very good, with the management team strong and approachable, effectively delegating responsibilities and involving staff in the nursery's development.

Treasure Trove Nursery provides care and education for 60 children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old across three purpose-built spacious rooms which cater for babies, 2-3 year olds and 3-5 year old children. Although a college-based nursery, Treasure Trove Nursery also accepts children from outwith the college community.
